Julio Ernesto Scarone
Lawyer, Notary Public and Scribe Public from the National University of Asunción, specializing in Sports Law, with more than twenty years of experience as a litigator and legal advisor before
he is an expert in sports dispute resolution bodies such as the Court of Arbitration for Sport, based in Lausanne, Switzerland, and the FIFA Football Tribunal. He serves as legal counsel to sports organizations, agents, and athletes at the national and international levels. He holds a Master's degree in Law, Economics, and Sports Management from the University of Limoges (France) and a Master's degree in Sports Management from the National University of the East (Paraguay). A member of the International Association of Football Lawyers (AIAF) and a sports arbitrator on the roster of the Brazilian Center for Arbitration and Mediation, he is the author of specialized articles and a guest lecturer in courses, seminars, and academic programs in his field. He is the president of the SOMOS DEPORTE Foundation (Paraguay).
