Juan Carlos Corina Orue

Lawyer, National University of Asunción (2004), graduating with honors. Master of Laws in Private Law, University

National University of Rosario (Rosario, Argentina), with the thesis“The Real Estate Trust in Paraguay…”. He has published a dozen articles in specialized legal journals and has lectured on topics related to contracts and Civil Law. He is the author of the books “Contracts – General Part” and “Construction Contract,” and co-author of the book “Consumer Law.” He teaches undergraduate courses at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the National University of Asunción and postgraduate courses at various universities. He is currently practicing law in the areas of Civil, Contractual, and Commercial Law, as well as litigation, having advised and represented national and international companies.
