Request for Arbitration
Para presentar un Requerimiento de Arbitraje, debe adjuntar:
- Pay the Initial Registration FeeUSD 550(Five hundred and fifty US dollars).
- Submit the Arbitration Request.
- Please attach a copy of the General or Special Power of Attorney (in case of conventional representation).
- Please attach a copy of the Contract that is the subject of the litigation.
- Please include proof of payment of the Initial Registration Fee.
- It is at the discretion of the claimant to submit additional documentation, if he or she considers it essential.

Mediation Request
To submit a Mediation Request, you must attach:
- Pay the Initial Registration Fee6 minimum daily wages Gs. 772,708 (Guarani seven hundred seventy-two thousand, seven hundred eight).
- Submit the Mediation Request.
- Please attach a copy of the General or Special Power of Attorney (in case of conventional representation).
- Please attach a copy of the Contract that is the subject of the dispute.
- Please include proof of payment of the Initial Registration Fee.
- It is at the discretion of the claimant to submit additional documentation, if he or she considers it essential.

- Submit the Negotiation Table Request.

- Please attach a copy of the Contract that is the subject of the negotiation.
- Please include proof of payment of the Initial Registration Fee.
