Alberto Poletti Adorno
Lawyer, Notary Public, and Scribe Public, graduated from the National University of Asunción. Continuing education in International Relations from the National University of Asunción. Graduate of the
Paraguayan Judicial School graduate with an LL.M. in French and European Law and a Doctorate in Law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University. He has participated in postgraduate courses at the University of Buenos Aires (2010), the International Centre for Canadian Studies in Toronto (2011), the Department of International Law of the OAS in Rio de Janeiro (2012), the United Nations International Law Commission (Geneva, 2014), and the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea in Hamburg, Germany (2016). He is a professor at Columbia University of Paraguay and a visiting professor at numerous foreign universities. He is the Director of the CEDEP Law Review. He participated in the Legislative Reorganization Project, giving numerous lectures and seminars on legislative technique. He currently works as a lawyer and consultant in the private sector.
