Service developed by the Paraguay Arbitration and Mediation Center (CAMP) in order to adapt and modernize arbitration procedures to the technological age, always in order to offer a quick, economical and effective solution to the conflict of the parties. This new digital resource will allow you to manage arbitration procedures remotely in a comfortable and secure way.
The 100% online procedures will allow greater satisfaction to the parties in terms of practicality and economy. With this new service, it will not be necessary to print documents, it will be enough to simply sign digitally through a Token, which is legally valid in the Paraguayan territory, as well as in the Mercosur member countries. From CAMP we encourage the use of digital signature since it not only has the advantage of improving the productivity of the process, but it also reduces the environmental impact by reducing the use of paper, ink and transport.
